Refund policy
If a pack or bundle isn't what you expected, request a refund within 14 days of purchaseand we'll refund it in full. You don't need to explain why.
Email team@outcomekit.ai from the address on your account with the name of the pack or bundle. Refunds are processed within 5 business days; your payment provider may take a few more days to post it.
Access to the refunded pack's files is removed from your dashboard. Free packs are unaffected.
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Refunds are issued through the same payment method you used at checkout.
